Privacy policy

Story Release Hub is the public information site for Three Channel Publisher, a private, owner-operated workflow for prepared English-language short-drama videos on authorized YouTube channels. This page explains the data used by the workflow and the choices available to a channel owner or authorized operator.

What we access and store

With the account holder's Google OAuth consent, the tool may access the selected YouTube channel's identifier and video information needed for its work, including video ID, title, description, visibility or scheduled publication time. It may update these fields and set a thumbnail for a video already uploaded to that channel. The operator also reviews copyright-claim information in a signed-in YouTube Studio session. The workflow keeps local job records, results and error logs, and stores per-channel OAuth credentials on the operator's server when authorization is granted. Prepared video and thumbnail files may also be held on that server as part of the operator's production workflow.

This informational website has no account registration, advertising, or analytics scripts. The web server may process ordinary connection data, such as an IP address and request time, to deliver and protect the site.

Why we use the data

We use this information only to identify the intended channel, check the status of a prepared video, maintain a release record, and apply an owner-requested title, description, thumbnail, visibility setting, or schedule. The current three-channel workflow is limited to English-language short dramas. An OAuth authorization is not treated as permission for any other channel.

Sharing and third-party services

The tool uses YouTube API Services for authorized video operations and YouTube Studio for operator review. Requests and changes sent to YouTube are processed by Google under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell channel data, use it for advertising, or make it available to unrelated third parties. Infrastructure providers that host the operator's server may process data needed to provide that service. This website does not offer public accounts or third-party access to the publishing workflow.

Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for Google's treatment of data.

Retention and protection

OAuth credentials, prepared media, job records, and logs are kept on the operator-controlled server while needed for the authorized workflow or troubleshooting. Access to the server and credential files is restricted. We remove or de-identify data that is no longer needed and respond to deletion requests; we do not promise that a Google or YouTube copy is deleted when we remove a local copy. If authorization can no longer be verified, we stop using the affected authorization and delete associated stored user data as required by applicable YouTube API policies.

Your choices: revoke access or request deletion

You may revoke this tool's Google access at any time from Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future API actions under that authorization, but does not automatically remove existing YouTube videos or local records. To request deletion of locally held data or ask what is stored, email ninoammiano@gmail.com. We will verify the requester's authority before changing channel-related records.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy when the tool's data use changes and revise the effective date above. Questions can be sent to ninoammiano@gmail.com.
